100% organically-farmed Chardonnay fruit sourced from: 80% Meursault, 10% Volnay, 10% Pommard, all from lieu-dit (single vyd) parcels. 35+ year-old vines on average, native yeast fermentations, fermented and aged in 456L barrels (30% new) for 9 months and 4 months in stainless steel to finish before bottling; Tasting Notes: "This exceptional Bourgogne Blanc unwinds with white peach, wet limestone and wild flowers. There is amazing energy and density to its citrus flavors, finishing at length with a clean, saline minerality."
